Terms of Service

Last updated: July 7, 2026

The service

DispatchBack provides automated missed-call text-back and lead-capture services ("the Service") to local service businesses ("Businesses"). When a call to a participating Business goes unanswered, the caller receives an SMS follow-up to collect service request details, which are relayed to the Business.

SMS terms

By calling or texting a participating Business, you consent to receive SMS messages in direct response to your inquiry. Message frequency varies by conversation. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time; reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Not an emergency service

The Service does not replace 911 or emergency services. If you smell gas, see fire, or face a life-threatening situation, leave the area and call 911 immediately.

No guarantees of response

DispatchBack relays information to Businesses but does not guarantee response times, service availability, pricing, or workmanship. All service arrangements, quotes, and appointments are solely between you and the Business.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to send unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent content, or to disrupt or attempt to reverse-engineer the Service.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the latest version will always be posted at this page.
