DispatchBack provides missed-call text-back services for local service businesses. When you call a business that uses DispatchBack and your call is not answered, you may receive an SMS follow-up from that business so it can help with your service request.
When you call or text a business using DispatchBack, we process your phone number, the contents of your text messages, and any details you choose to share (such as your name, service issue, and service address) solely to relay your request to the business you contacted.
You will only receive messages from DispatchBack in direct response to a call or text you initiated to a participating business. Message frequency varies based on your conversation, and is typically fewer than 10 messages per service request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of further messages, or HELP for assistance.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your phone number and message contents are used only to connect you with the business you contacted and are never sold or shared for marketing.
Conversation records are retained so the business you contacted can follow up on your service request, and are protected using industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest.
